What Finished Basement Flood Pros Does

Finished Basement Flood Pros markets basement flood cleanup and related water damage restoration across the United States. A caller who dials (888) 603-7319 is put in touch with an independent restoration provider that serves the caller's area.

Finished Basement Flood Pros is an advertiser and not a contractor. It does not pump out water, run drying equipment, remove materials, repair plumbing or rebuild any space, and a provider may pay it for the calls it passes along.

Independent Providers

Every provider is a separate business. It sets its own prices, hours, methods and contract terms, and Finished Basement Flood Pros neither employs nor supervises it. Any work agreement is made only between the property owner and the provider.

Contractor registration and insurance rules differ by state, so a property owner should ask each provider about them before work begins.

No Warranty

The material on finishedbasementflood.info about basement flooding and restoration is general information offered as is, with no warranty of any kind. Finished Basement Flood Pros makes no promise about when a provider will arrive, what it will charge or how its work will turn out.

Nothing here replaces advice from an attorney, an insurance agent, an engineer or a plumber about a specific property.

Insurance Coverage

Whether a basement flood is covered is for the insurance company that issued the policy to decide. Nothing on finishedbasementflood.info promises that any claim will be accepted or paid.
